These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and 20 After 4 Smokeshop(“20 After 4,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 2839 E Michigan Ave, Ypsilanti, MI 48198. By accessing https://20after4smokeshop.com, visiting our retail location, or placing a delivery order through our third-party delivery partners, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

You must be at least 21 years of age to access this website, enter our store, or purchase any product we sell. We sell tobacco, vapor, nicotine, kratom, hemp-derived, and other age-restricted products. By using this site you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. Government-issued photo ID is required and verified at the door for every delivery and at the register for every in-store purchase, in compliance with Michigan Public Act 18 of 2019, the federal Tobacco 21 law (21 U.S.C. § 387f(d)), and the PACT Act (15 U.S.C. § 375 et seq.). Misrepresenting your age is unlawful and may be reported to authorities.

All products are sold for lawful adult use only. You are solely responsible for using our products in accordance with all applicable federal, Michigan state, Washtenaw County, and City of Ypsilanti laws and ordinances. We do not sell to anyone in a jurisdiction where the sale or possession of a product is prohibited. Hemp-derived cannabinoid products (CBD, THCa, Delta-8, etc.) sold by us comply with the 2018 Farm Bill and contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight.

Online ordering and delivery are facilitated by independent third-party platforms (including Saucey). Pricing displayed in store and on our delivery menus is in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, ID failure, inventory errors, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms. Applicable Michigan sales tax (6%) and any applicable tobacco or nicotine excise taxes will be added at checkout.

Same-day delivery is provided by our third-party delivery partners within an approximate 18-mile radius of our Ypsilanti location. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. The recipient must be 21 or older, present at the delivery address, and able to produce a valid, non-expired government-issued photo ID matching the order. Drivers will refuse delivery and the order may be canceled (with applicable fees retained) if ID verification fails, the recipient appears intoxicated, or no eligible adult is present.

For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, all sales of vapor, tobacco, nicotine, kratom, hemp-derived, and consumable products are final. Defective devices may be eligible for exchange under the manufacturer’s warranty when returned with original packaging and proof of purchase within 14 days. Refunds for canceled or undeliverable orders are processed by the originating delivery platform per its policies.

All content on this site — including the “20 After 4 Smokeshop” name, logos, graffiti artwork, photography, copy, and code — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, or republish any portion of this site without our prior written permission.

You agree not to: (a) use the site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site or its systems; (c) interfere with the site’s operation, security, or other users; (d) use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) without express written permission; or (e) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the site.

The site links to third-party services (such as Saucey, Google Maps, Instagram, and our delivery partners). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

The site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Statements regarding kratom, hemp, CBD, and THCa products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a licensed healthcare provider before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.

To the fullest extent permitted by Michigan law, in no event shall 20 After 4 Smokeshop, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the site or any product purchased from us. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 20 After 4 Smokeshop and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of any product, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washtenaw County, Michigan, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
